Fire+Blood Race

SymbolArts is proud to partner with America’s Fallen Firefighter Memorial (AFFM) and the American Red Cross for Blood + Fire 2019 virtual 5k/10k/Half Marathon.

The race medal features the Maltese cross, an emblem of firefighters worldwide, and the blood drop associated with the American Red Cross and its lifesaving work of blood donation.

The race shirt features the Fire+Blood Race logo on the front, with a collage of the Fallen Firefighter Memorial wall and the AFFM and American Red Cross logos.

All registrants will receive a commemorative race medal with neck ribbon, a race shirt, and a printable race bib. In addition, those who pledge to donate blood themselves, or encourage friends and family to donate during the race period will receive a limited edition pin, featuring the Firefighters helmet and Fire+Blood Race logo.

In a virtual race, participants may complete their chosen distance when and where they choose. All medals, shirts and pins will be sent to registrants 3-4 weeks after Oct 31st, 2019.

A portion of your race registration fee will be donated to the America’s Fallen Firefighter Memorial Fund.

America’s Fallen Firefighter Memorial (AFFM) is the largest memorial of its kind in Western North America, to honor and pay respect to all of our fallen brothers and sisters. The monument is being built with private funds and donations and is constructed with the finest black marble and granite.
